Bernardo Roizman Rempel

Director Chairman of the Board of Directors

He began his professional career in 1979 as Director of Private Banking at Republic National Bank of NY (RNB). After the sale of RNB in 2000, he remained linked to HSBC as Director of Safra National Bank of NY, acting as its representative in Chile. In 2007, together with his son Arie, he founded the firm Gap Investor.

Currently, he is the Chairman of BR Capital. Additionally, he has been a prominent entrepreneur within the Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical industry, where he developed the companies Laboratorio Arensburg, Empresas Volta, Farmindustria, and Pharma Gennex. These four companies were sold to multinational firms of the Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Industry.

Alberto Selman Hasbún

Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad de Santiago, Executive MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Throughout a large portion of his career, between 1986 and 2014, he worked at Banco Concepción, which would later become Corpbanca, where he was the head of multiple departments. He was Director of the Insurance Brokerage and Stock Brokerage affiliates of the same company. He worked for four years (between 2015 and 2018) as Vice President of Investments at CGIS Securities LLC. He has also been director of companies such as Global Servicios Financieros SA and Grupo Patio SpA.

Arie Roizman Leyde

Partner General Manager

Bachelor in Business Administration and MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

He has over twenty-five years’ experience in the financial sector and in the pharmaceutical industry. He was a member of the management and corporate team of renowned firms, such as Laboratorio Volta, Farmindustria and Pharma Gennex. These companies were ultimately sold to large international pharmaceutical conglomerates. His career in the financial sector began in year 2004, when he assumed the position of Director at Safra National Bank of NY, and later at Gap Investor and CGIS Securities LLC. Subsequently, he became one of the founding partners of BR Capital.

Matías Cuadra Court

Partner Director

Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica, MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and MPA/ID from Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government.

In Chile, he worked at DICTUC, AFP Cuprum, AMM and the Ministry of Finance in the Capital Markets division. In the United States, he was an Emerging Markets Debt trader for Santander Investment Securities in New York.

Andrés Mandler Dimenstein

Partner Director

Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad Gabriela Mistral.

During his professional career, he held the post of Business Manager for Factoring at HSBC for four years, between years 1997 and 2001, and also worked at Republic National Bank. Later, he was the Deputy Manager for Large Companies at Corpbanca, a position he held for three years. During the last fifteen years, he has held the post of Senior Vice President of Investments in the Wealth Management division at CorpGroup, AMM Invest, and CGIS Securities LLC.

Pablo Cuevas Abásolo

Partner Director

Bachelor in Business Administration from the School of Business and Economics of Universidad Finis Terrae. He has a Certificate of Accreditation of Knowledge in the Securities Market (CAMV) in the functional category of Advisors and Executives.

He has worked as an advisor at Larraín Vial, AMM Invest and Citibank Chile, and held the position of Senior Vice President of Investments at CGIS Securities, LLC Miami, and Senior Vice President at Insigneo Securities, LLC, Miami.

Nelson Abarca Chiappe

Partner Director

Public Accountant and Auditor from Universidad de Santiago de Chile. He also holds a degree in Prevention of Money Laundering.

He has been involved in the financial industry for over three decades. Since 2013, he has worked at the Wealth Management division at Gap Investor, and held the post of Vice President of Investments at CGIS Securities, LLC.
